Bad service of vodacom Insurance

Vodacom will keep on debiting your bank account for insurance but once you have a problem with them they will never fix your device. This company is so good to take money but not good at all in fixing the problem. Still waiting for their manager or the person that was taking my money from my bank. Every time i receive my invoice insurance money is shown there. Sick and tire of them. If they cannot come up with a good explanation that will make me happy it means I have to take further steps so that my money is refunded all of it for insurance. Beware of them
