Bad service now I have about four read

<p>On Friday evening I bought airtime for R55 & R29, I loaded it and Vodacom sent me an SMS telling me I qualify for the night shift promotion. So on Saturday around 01:06 I made a phone call to a friend that uses Vodacom for about 55 minutes, after that I checked my balance all my voice bundles were gone and the nightshift 60 minutes were still there so I called the call centre and the consultant was so rude and the complained on Hello Peter, that morning I got a phone call from Vodacom apologising and I was grateful, they gave me R75 airtime. I told them I don't want a time I want my voice bundles because Vodacom chows my airtime, now I have about R4...I did not use my airtime, where did it go? I've been having this problem for over three months so is my mother. Can someone please tell me what happened to my airtime and can I please have my voice bundles back. I'm so tired of the bad service at Vodacom. Can someone please give me a solution. I need my Voice bundles back.</p>
