Bad service? No service at all!!

<p>After doing a sim swap on the 03rd of December (sim card was lost) and waiting out the 48 hours for the card to be activated, big was our surprise that no data was loaded as it was supposed to on the 01st of the month (this is for a data contract).</p> <p> </p> <p>After going in to Vodacom shop TygerValley, we are advised to call Vodacom Customer Care (help please!!).</p> <p> </p> <p>Previous experiences of phoning them was to say the least, a DISASTER.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ok, call them and after holding for 10 minutes, Mpho answered and after explaining what the problem is, he said that he can't see the data (me neither!) He will put me through to someone that can help me (this is their standard answer). Needless to say, he transferred me back to the start up menu!</p> <p> </p> <p>And I must please hold at the end of the call to rate their service? I did the last time and to date no one followed up about the POOR rating. I guess they are so used to it, it doesn't matter anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>A follow up and correction of unnecessary errors will be highly appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
