bad service no response

This is my 4th attempt to complain and to date no one can assits let alone respond to my excessive data billing on my phone. Vidacom you suck at resolving issues. My phone is using a guge amount of data. Since i ported to vidacom its been hell. Mtn is still the best. Ive never used ao mush on mtn data as the amount vodacom is taking up. The onky reason i ported is sue to network coverage. Mayb i can still redeem going back and taking akong many customers to cheaper networks. My family all use mtn and other netqrks but have no issue in huge data costs. Im use wifi 70% of the rime snd yet my data costs are so much. Ive monitored and seen in 5 minutes 100megs gets used just on a google page or facebook page without updating anything. Please can someone help. VODACOM SUCKS BIG TIME.....
