Bad Service, Misleading advertising

My grandmother, an 82 year old lady, got a phone call from a vodacom sales agent last year (2014) and she was advised by the consultant that Vodacom wanted to give her a 'FREE' phone, she then responed by saying she does not need it as she had just received a new phone 3 months ago and she would have to think about it the agent continued to call her and she then advised that she did not want the phone, she forgot about it and later on she noticed that an amount of R144 was being deducted off her bank account by Vodacom, she then called and they said that she has an additional contract and that the phone was sent for delivery, she never recived any delivery and proceeded to tell them that she did not want the phone, she had logged a case for ***** and they said they were dealing with it after numerous calls and her current vodacom sim being blocked 3 times already due to non payment, which is up to date, they stilll have not sorted it out, she has sent through all necassary documentation they required to refund her and cancel contract, it has cost her alot of unnecassary stress and money to have this sorted. i am sure according to the CPA that this false advertising is not tolerated
