Bad Service is an understatement

I am really fed up right now i don't know what is happening in the company that no one is able to do what the are suppose to do I ordered an acer laptop in March and cancelled it in March because of incorrect information provided and its STILL NOT CANCELLED AND WAS SENT BACK TO VODACOM. I than took out an HP laptop and i still have the laptop but every time i call to esquire about the acer cancellation they cancel my HP data sim *** which i need i lost all my data and Thabogo once sorted it out and to make up for my data gave me an extra gig a month for 3 months but now its cancelled and i just lost all my data again and that 1 gig data a month will not make up for all the data i lost already. All i need is for the ACER laptop to be cancelled and i want my refund for the debit order and i'm not willing to wait another month and i need my data sim to be activated and i want ALL MY DATA BACK i lost 8 gigs of data if its not more and i want it back
