BAD SERVICE- I REQUESTED COPY OF PROOF OF PURCHASE

I need to have a copy and<br> requested it 4 days ago but as to date nothing was sent to me. I spoke to<br> Jeremy at the Call Centre, and he said that he can see the service request<br> on the system and according to the system it was finalised. FINALISED.
