Bad service from vodapay

Good day Since the 1st of April we have been contacted vodapay with an outstanding balance R1822 that was not paid yet out . They send us a recon of payment We have send them a proof of payments that we received from them and the amount that was paid out and the amount we received is not the same . We have to call them to find out what is the progress with no return call from their side . We have to do the follow up calls XlI-661377-k2q4 was our reference number
