BAD SERVICE FROM VODACOMSHOP REPAIRS SOMERSET WEST

My cellphone screen broke. I went to Vodashop repairs Somerset West on Monday 27 January 2020 and hand in my phone for repairs, Job No ***3.

Today is Friday, 30 January 2020 and still waiting for any response. I phoned Vodacom Insurance and they told me they are also waiting since Monday, 27 January for the quote from Vodacomshop Repairs Somerset West. They have sent several emails, and this morning when I spoke to Vodacom Insurance, still no quote or response. This is bad as I work from home and need my phone very urgently. Vodacomshop also says that they cannot give me a loan phone when I asked for it. On the JOB RECEIPT it stipulates that a loan device may be supplies.

I really don't know what to do next. Please help!!!!!
