Bad service from Vodacom sales and RAM courier service.

My husband and I ordered two phones on the 28th of Nov and were supposed to be delivered on the 5th of Dec which they did not. We only received a message from Ram courier on the 8th with the wrong delivery address, they said they will call to rectify the address but never did until on the 12th when we made follow up and found out the order has been sent back to vodacom. When we call vodacom they claim the order has not arrived on their side but when we track the order it says it has arrived at vodacom. Very bad service we received from both vodacom and RAM their courier services.
