Bad service from vodacom repairs

Vodacom repairs Alberton. My phone was sent in for repairs and few days later received an sms with a quote of R290 for repairs to be done as per assessment by the technician. My argument was that my phone still under warrenty and should be covered which they then said I need to send Pop. After collecting my phone back I then send it it for repairs the next day with Pop but now all of a sudden my my phone motherboard needs to be replaced and damages of +-3000 and due to this my phone still out of warranty. What I can't seem to understand is when my phone was sent the 1st time this motherboard issue was not picked up but now it is because I have the POP. Aloa when my phone was sent I did not see any crack of my camera cover but now there is and apperently that was sent like that. No check was done when my phone was booked in to confirm if this was already there or not. Iv been a customer with vodacom for many years and this is the worst service I have received.
