Bad service from vodacom randburg

I'm really disappointed in vodacom. I had a upgrade which was done via telephone call from vodacom. Promising me the delivery would take place on Friday, but no delivery. Then again on Monday then no delivery and when I phoned the lady was so rude telling me I have to wait and when I asked when it will arrive she rudely answered me with a I don't know. This was the vodacom Randburg. So yet no delivery. I've been a vodacom customer for over 10 years now and I'm so disappointed in the service that I have received. Don't make promises that you can't keep.
