Bad service from vodacom online

Vodacom have reply whit an email to me they are sorry for the inconvenience they have caused but I must wait if the stock arrives they will dispatch it but the hole thing is it is one month and still not receive my order not even vodacom knows when is the stock going to arrive which company does not know when there stock is going arrive so it looks like there is people not doing there work to follow up with the supplier when the stock is going to be send vodacom is full of empty promises i am sick for vodacom promises.
