Bad service from vodacom. I now had enough

I have 5 contracts with vodacom and I have been using this network for the passed 8 years and they service is gone to the ... When you call customer care they can never help you and they say someone will get back to you which never happens leave alone the time spent on the just trying to get them to understand the problem( between 1 - 2 hours). I recently got charged for data which was not given to me and i was sent an sms that there is nothing they can do about it , but they can just take your hard earned money. I have now had enough and i have started cancelling my contracts with vodacom
