Bad service from vodacom Head office and Vodacom Westgate

Good Day. We purchased a Hp Laptop which was advertised as windows 11 and a small router on contract online from vodacom. When we received the goods the Laptop has windows 10 and the wifi key was not working when you type it in. We battled 14 days to get this sorted without success after numerous phone calls. Customer Care at vodacom told us to take it to a vodacom shop to attend to the problem free of charge. When we arrived at Vodacom Westgate we received the most awfull service at all. They refused to fixed the problem unless they get paid. The person there which refused to give his name Thato was very rude. We battle with this for hours. This is 100 % unexpected and unexceptable the way we were treated. We want this sorted out emmidiatly. We were not able to use it at all. Either wise we have to cancel the contract and return the goods
