Bad service from Vodacom fibre customer care

Title: FORMAL ESCALATION: Fibre Down Since Tuesday – Breach of Service by Vodacom My Vodacom fibre has been down since Tuesday, and I am now without service for several days with no resolution in sight. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, Vodacom has failed to provide any clear explanation, meaningful feedback, or a confirmed timeframe for restoration. The responses received have been vague and unhelpful. This situation now constitutes a failure to deliver a paid service and raises serious concerns regarding Vodacom’s service obligations. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with formal escalation, including lodging a complaint with ICASA and pursuing cancellation of my service on the grounds of non-performance. I expect the following as a matter of urgency: Immediate escalation and intervention A clear explanation of the fault A confirmed ETA for full restoration Compensation for the extended downtime Vodacom’s lack of communication and failure to act is unacceptable. I called again not you.
Stil same story you migrated to Vuma.
Vuma is non existent. They dont give feedbacks.
They dont have any answers and you dont have any answers. 98 households are being effected and no one knows a timeframe or a reason. Everytime a call because you sont call or give updates i get a different story or lie. You tell me you are lodging tickets you tell me Vuma is not responding.
My contract is with you. But now you wash your hands in this. Everyone knows technicions dont work over weeknds. So the story is stil no time frame no reaaon for us being down no answers and we must just sit and wait with no feedback or calls or anything

Day 6 without fibre and still no resolution or proper feedback.
I am now being told the issue is with Vumatel after migration, but Vodacom is unable to provide any updates or timelines. As the customer, I am paying Vodacom for a service, yet there is no accountability and no communication.
This situation is becoming extremely frustrating and stressful. We are now forced to spend large amounts on mobile data just to stay connected, with no indication of when this will be resolved.
Passing responsibility between Vodacom and Vumatel is not acceptable. Vodacom is my service provider and needs to take ownership of this issue and provide clear answers.
I urgently need:
A confirmed update from Vumatel
A realistic ETA for restoration
Feedback that is clear and honest
This has gone on far too long. Immediate action is required.

Day 6/7 and still no fibre, no resolution, and no ETA provided.
This situation is completely unacceptable. Customers have now been without service for nearly a week, and there is still no clear communication, no confirmed fault, and no timeline for restoration.
Vodacom continues to say they are waiting on Vumatel, while Vumatel provides no meaningful feedback. As customers, we should not be caught between providers while paying for a service that is not being delivered.
This ongoing outage is causing financial strain as we are forced to spend money on mobile data daily.
Immediate action is required:
Confirm the exact cause of the fault
Provide a realistic ETA
Give proper updates instead of generic responses
If this is not resolved urgently, this matter will be escalated further through ICASA as a formal complaint for non-delivery of service.
This has gone on far too long.
