Bad service from vodacom fiber

I purchased a contract of 12 months with vodacom they sent clear access to install the Fiber Ont in my house they sent me a router and since then they sent a second brand new router to my house bexause theire stuff is not working, when i call them they open a ticket and later make an excuse to not come to the house , if you want peace of mind it’s definitely not with vodacom fiber its over a month now and no one helped me.
