Bad service from vodacom

How can a person cancel your contracts with vodacom when they do not answer there phones. You are sent to a machine and this machine tells you that you do not have contracts with them. Where is my money going to that they debit my account with each month. Not even the people in there vodacom shops can help you cancel your contracts .
