Bad service from Vodacom

I recently cancelled 2 of my Vodacom contracts. I requested that the two numbers should be moved to pay as you go. My wife and U have had the numbers for more than 15 years. The one number was moved, but the second number seems to have been deleted. I tried getting in touch with the customer care department, but their lines are constantly inundated with calls. I phoned them tonight and received their voicepromps. Yet there is no option to speak to a consultant. When you get the sms and reply with the option to speak to a human agent, they phone you back, but no one is talking on their side. It is dead silence. I have the following to say:

1. Vodacom, your lines are inundated with calls because ypu are not giving the service you promise. 2. Your customer care department needs to go for training on how to operate a telephone. It seems no one there knows how. 3. The custoner care department needs to go for PC training. It would seem that they are not capable of doing the simplest of tasks. 4. Losing the amount of customers that you are, will increase the unemployment statistics drastically. 5. Keep your customers happy and you will have people using your network. Carry on like you are and make yourselves rwady for a BIG wakeup call.
