Bad service from Vodacom

Can I be contacted by Vodacom as I attempted to reach out to Vodacom several times but no luck. I have visited the voda shop, have tried the call center but still I cannot get any assistance. I have a contract of 2 cell phones and was unable to make payments as went through hardship. I want to pay off my account but cannot get hold of anybody. The staff at voda shop went all out to assist me but he was unfortunately transferred from 1 department to another and we waited patiently for about an hour for nothing. Can the collections department get hold of me.
