Bad Service from Vodacom

I bought a cellphone from Vodacom Starlight Cellular @ Corkwood Mall, Uitenhage on the 26th of December 2022. They didn't have any stock left and sold the cellphone on display to me at the full price. They didn't even bother to check if the phone was working. When I got home the cellphone didn't charge, I went back the next day to be refunded, but the staff refused to refund me even if it was in 48 hours still under the 7 days return policy. They rather send the phone for repairs and that's not what I want I want my money back. Juliet Fourie ***
