Bad service from Vodacom Data Store Tygervalley

On 3 October 2019 I filled in all the transfer form, new contract form and handed in the 3 months bank statements needed to transfer my contract from my husband's name to my name. Today, 07 November 2019, this is still not completed. After 3 phone calls to the data store and a heated conversation, they can only try to do their best, but the contract transfer was never filed. When I got angry with their incompetence and unwillingness to sort out the problem with their staff who did not file the documents, the data store refused to help me any further. Now I have to go through this whole process again because they cannot do their jobs properly? The data store was always a good place to go to, but this time, it is very disappointing. All they needed to do was to transfer my contract from my husband's name to mine, and they cannot even do this properly.

Reviewer Update
Dear Vodacom - no-one got back to me. I ended up cancelling the contract to take out a new one, but that also seem to be a problem. I asked for a low profile contract with the Sim-only deal of R149 per month, but according to the vodacom credit vetting system, my credit profile is too low. I have an Edgars account, Miladys account, I pay off my car, I have a contract with WebAfrica for my fiber and I pay my minucipal account every month. What is the reason that my credit record is too low that vodacom thinks that I am unable to pay R149 per month for a Sim-only deal? Please explain this to me
