Bad Service from Vodacom Chatz Shop- Key West Mall
I posted a compliant about Vodacom's bad service I experienced at the Vodacom Chatz Shop in Key West Mall on 12 Feb. Maxwell handled the complaint from Vodacom H/O. After numerous e-mail correspondence between us the complaint has not been settled. I am expecting an apology from the management of Vodacom Chatz shop as per the correspondence from Maxwell on 22 February.
