bad service from Vodacom, cannot cancel a contract.

i have been trying to cancel a contract on behalf of my son who has immigrated. i have power of attorney but cannot email it through because the person who answered the phone who really sounded so competent gave me the incorrect email address. i then called back, left a message for her with someone else who promised she would call me back within 10 minutes. it is now over 4 hours later and no call. i have just called again and the woman who answered left me holding on for over 10 minutes. this is maybe leaving me no choice but to hand this over to attorneys. the number i have been phoning is ***. i have the names of the people i have been dealing with
