Bad service from Vodacom call centre
<p>Request to cancel my contract, Have to follow up myself reason NO FEEDBACK at all from the Retentions/Cancellation department. Every time they tell me they don't receive my documents. Send it with email 3 times and don't receive a notification with a reference number.</p> <p>Consultant Bongani from the ********** call centre was so unhelpful and full of himself, when I ask him to follow up on my request and someone have to call me back he just put the phone down...Really!!! ...</p> <p>I will never do business with this company again and will find out if any family or friend doing business with them to cancel ASAP this is not acceptable </p> <p> </p>

Receive a email this morning (09/12/2016) confirming my contract is cancelled.
From the beginning I told Vodacom per email and to the Call centre consultants I whant to port my cell number to pre-paid with a other provider and then they cancel my cell number
Send a email again (09/12/2016) tell them to rectify and active my number ASAP,
What is your problem Vodacom!!! don't you listen to the customer.....

And Again have a problem with THIS company "Vodacom", after cancellation is finalised a debit order (that have been cancelled, so they said) is against my cheque account on the 4th of January 2017, for what I don't own them anything.
Tried to phone them with no respond at all was to the outlet in Menlyn sorry we can't help you !!! I'm sick and tired of this company with no help at all...
