Bad service from Vodacom

2nd message I'm writing to Vodacom.. You guys still didn't call me or send your guys out to fix the problem with my wifi this is going on for 3 weeks.. This is really bad service we getting from you.. Why don't you guys just close your doors Call me I want to cancel everything I got with you guys
