Bad service from Vodacom accounts department

Vodacom accounts department is useless. I have lodged more than 10 complaints about a refund for the last 2 months and there is absolutely no progress from their side. I even went in person to Lakeside mall where an employee again sent my account statement and the Proof of Payment. It was supposed to be escalated but its been 2 weeks since and nothing has happened. This struggle has been going on since 5 December and I am completely angry about this bad service
