Bad Service from Vodacom

I am alone and sick and my phone doesn't work. When I try to make call it says .....Not registered on network.... my whatsapp works fine. I have spent the whole day trying to fix it. On vodacom website there is only a bot that needs to send you an sms but I can't get sms. I have spent the whole morning trying to get help but only offers me options I don't need. It says I can't speak to a person as I am not on some strange word I don't understand. I need to phone the doctor and I am alone and the whole morning searching has not helped at all. For such a big company they should have some way you can get help. I am disgusted with them. Most links you try you end up with them trying to sell you something. I need help
