Bad Service from Vodacom

Vodacom is the pits.

First I wanted to prematurely which I understood it’s consequences I then decided I couldn’t afford those charges and decided it’s fine I’ll continue with the contract till it’s completion. Called again guy offered a migration deal which sounded good but didn’t give me the correct information regarding money to be paid every month, I then again toook the liberty to call to be told the correct money to be paid every month irrespective of the money I’m required to pay upfront it didn’t make financial sense to me and declined the offer based on that.

I just realised irrespective of my saying that I was given the wrong information regarding the migration I’m finding myself sitting with a migration done for me, mind you I did say I don’t want it because of how I feel about the figures but Vodacom decided they going to do it anyway on my behalf bad service.I will not pay for something that was forced down my throat NEVER.

Second incident I call their contact center for a sim pin and a puk number to be given a wrong information to a point my sim got blocked their fault I’m told to buy a sim for swap at my expense at their fault, mind you that sim is used for work purposes as I work remotely, they offer me a solution that they will then give me R400 airtime to low be able to work in the morning only to send R165 which can only buy 2g not caring as to whether that will sustain me for my work the whole day, then the team leader promises me to call at night when he shifts start to inform of how they going to replace my SIM card as per our conversation he doesn’t and sends a messages that he tried calling me and my phone was busy my phone was never busy he **** and said he will call me in the morning he has never. I am not intending to his a sim when I had one and they blocked it.

Vodacom Services is absolutely ridiculous they have no respect for their customers.
