Bad service from Vodacom

I have been using vodacom for 4 years. I upgraded my contract in September 2024. On the 3rd of October 2024 I wanted to recharge my number but was unable to do it . I called vodacom customer care service to ask why I cannot recharge my number. To my surprised was told that am on open line plan. I asked the consultant to explain what is the online plan. He told me that I cannot recharge . When the allocated data or minutes is finished voda will charge me per call. I asked the consultant to change my line so that I cannot be charged if the given minutes and data if is finished . He agreed to block it so that I cannot use more data or minutes. I continued to make calls with minutes until it was finished. Last night I checked my statement to know how much am supposed to pay. I was shocked to see that vodacom has charged extra R130. I panicked, I called vodacom customer care early in the morning today to find out why am charged extra R130 they told me is for data and making calls . I don't understand why am charged because I even got sms notifications when the data and minutes were finished. I used other Sim card with airtime to make calls and access internet but still vodacom want me to pay the extra R130. Vodacom only cares about themselves not us their clients. The consultant told me am billed the extra R130 because I used the number to make calls but I was using the minutes they allocated. Asked her to check she told me since my line was open line they cannot see if I was using the minutes allocated or not. I am so disappointed because I did called on the 3rd of October 2024 to block the open line plan but he did not do it. They made my line open plan without informing me.
