Bad service from Vodacom

I've had a bad, bad experience with Vodacom. I've upgraded and is still waiting for the ordered device. Their courier partner, Ram, did not want to give the device to my son because "the delivery guy is scared to loose his job if he does that." I made calls to Vodacom and Ram to make arrangements for the device to be delivered today 20.07.22 and guess what? I've been waiting the whole day and phoned Vodacom and guess what? They cannot do anything about it. My friends told me about their bad experiences with Vodacom but I've always defended them. In the meantime I've asked for a team leader to call me back. Still waiting.......
