BAD SERVICE FROM VODACOM!

I updated my Vodacom contract on 9 July 2019 at the Vodacom shop at Tyger Valley Shopping Centre and returned the LG V40 cellphone on 11 July 2019 as the cellphone was faulty. I then received a brand new LG V40 cellphone on 24 July 2019, but the cellphone was also faulty. I returned the 2nd cellphone to Vodacom on 27 August 2019 (job number ***). I then received a brand new LG V40 cellphone on 14 September 2019, which is now the 3rd new cellphone. I immediately returned the cellphone on 20 September 2019 as the exact same faults occurred (job number ***6). I was informed on 26 September 2019 that the advance repair centre in Johannesburg confirmed that they found no faults with the cellphone and that the cellphone will be returned to the Tyger Valley branch for collection. I'm not very happy as Nadia that specialises with LG phones as well as Velita at the Tyger Valley branch also noticed that the cellphone was faulty, but they confirmed that the correct procedures would be for the repair centre in Johannesburg to attend to the checking.

I'm not happy with the service I've been receiving from Vodacom as I was informed by the Manager at the Tyger Valley branch that I need to phone the repairs department in Bellville directly with my complaints. Firstly I feel that because I upgraded at the Tyger Valley Shopping Centre, the staff members there should be able to assist and escalate any queries and try and sort out the issues customers have. It should not be left for the customers to phone around. I've been dealing with Colleen at the repairs department in Bellville, who was very helpful, but confirmed that procedures needs to be followed and that she can only furnish me with feedback. I was then also advised that if I'm unhappy I need to contact their Regional Offices. The lady at their Regional Offices was not helpful and informed me that nobody will phone me back. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

I posted this same message on Vodacom's facebook page, and were asked whether I have taken the matter up with the Manager at Tyger Valley..... clearly they don't read the message correctly. Thus far no one in their Management position contacted me as I refuse to collect the faulty phone and want to upgrade to a different cellphone. So at present I'm paying for a phone I'm not using...... BAD SERVICE!!!!
