BAD service from Vodacom

We moved to De Kelders, Gansbaai in March and since then we basically have to stand on someone's shoulders to get cell phone signal or go outside and never mind using 3G as it is also non existent. After MUCH hassle we managed to get Vodacom to send a technician out to test the signal. He said that he will have to write a motivation for them to install a booster as it's the only thing that will give us a better signal in our house. Well...this was over 4 months ago. When our contracts come up for renewal, it looks like MTN will be the way to go as their signal is just as bad here, but at least their prices are much cheaper. Thanks for NOTHING Vodacom. A perfect example of how to NOT treat loyal customers! <br>
