Bad service from Vodacom
<p>Vodacom you are the most untrusty company. I CANCELLED a subscription in February 2014 because i didnt need the the product. Recently i noticed that i have paid every month since then for something i didnt have. I never got any kind of statement for the subscription that was cancelled. I paid R150 pm for 40 months. They should reimburse me for the amount of R6000. Now they only want to pay back R4087. What the hell happened to the rest of the money Vodacom. </p>

Well today is 4 days after the reply from vodacom and still nobody has contacted me regarding my problem. This customer service is really non- existant.....

I dont trust you anymore. Let someone contact me regarding this. Its now almost a month and nobody from vodacom has tried to contact me. For a big company its really sad......
