Bad service from Vodacom

Im disgusted with Vodacom service. I was told that seeing that im paying R149 a month for 5 gigs data they will top up extra 50 rand more for 20 gigs day and night which was a lie which I now have money being dedu ted out of my bank account and not knowing another contract is being taken out which I nw have to pay 3 contracts with Vodacom. I have cancelled my contract for the 20 gigs day and night put on my app still shows over R400 is going to be dedu ted out of my account end of march Nd I havent even touched this sim with data on I was told once courier Ram services fetches my sim then after three days I can only cancel the contract which is bull**** because I was told a lie by Vodacoms employees.
