Bad service from Vodacom😠

Very pathetic service.I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom but it feels like I have no right to end a contract with them.After several attempts to end one contract I was persuaded to leave the contract active and pay less than what I have been paying.I am struggling to keep up even with my monthly installments but their workers won't allow you to cancel a contract even if you are drowning in debts. I again requested several times for my vodacom insurance to be canceled again just for me to breath a little bit financially to no avail all agents will be referring me to call *** if you call *** they refer you to call 1952 over and over again.

I used to respect vodacom and their work ethics but it seems like they only value a customer at the beginning of your contract and no after sales or whatsoever.

So pathetic Vodacom.
