Bad Service from Vodacom

Hi

Im shocked at the service iv received from Vodacom . Ive been with the network provider for over 10 years and still my business is not appreciated. Ive tried speaking to management but its almost impossible to find a manager or have anyone listen to your complain or even get back to you. Even though you threaten to cancel your service they just dont care at all. All you are to vodacom is a number so why should they care if you leave their network. Im so disappointed that none in a management position is willing to help and sort out my problem....SHOCKED!!!!!!!
