bad service from vodacom
Someone took contract phone with vodacom using my **** identity. i report the matter to vodacom in September 2016 give them affidavit and proof of deduction now and and still waiting for my money as the debt my account.
three year later, i have not yet receive my money.
You took my money then you accept that you debt my account and the next thing telling that you do not owe. no one bothered to explain why they do not owe me anymore. This Is an insult to me. Am taking this up and fight until I get my money back.
