Bad service from Vodacom

I am disgusted by the service I am getting from Vodacom. I have been tryi g this whole week to get my upgrade sorted, but Vodacom has not come back to me. I follow up every day and everytime they tell me someone will phone me to confirm my upgrade and they will send the phone. I am still waiting. They seriously need to work on their service. If not, im sure most people will move their contracts elsewhere.
