BAD SERVICE FROM VODACOM

I started to apply for my vodacom accounts on the 3 October. Since then i have had nothing but uphill. First the system was down and they could not do the vetting . Then My application was declined due to an outstanding amount which was due to vodacom not checking thier new system. as I cancelled my vodacom contracts in sept and got a precancellation quote which i accepted and signed before expiry date... YET VODACOM see it fit to charge me more ... and then decline my new application for accounts.
Not to mention when i call legal they tell me pay up coz i cant change it i ask if i can send proof so they can investigate im told no you are outstanding..

It is now 2/11/16 and still I have no new contracts and i need to be still vetted for the umpteenth time due to who knows. the new system being down for like the 20th time in one month... I was a client before with Vodacom up until Sept 2016. Yet it is so hard to get a contract approved when i was and have been a loyal customer for over 4 years... and i get treated like im just a number and i feel vodacom does not value me as a customer anymore as i am always following up and waiting for Vodacom to check the system and to wait for thier new system to come on line \

highly dissapointed

In due course.... its been 5 days no respone from Vodacom except sending me an email stating that i owe them R378. 04 is this possible when i paid a precancellation fee of R851.00 on 27 Sept before the expiry date of the quotation. I was then told that i have R-46.00 which means im in credit .. now all of sudden i must pay R378.04,,

Does Vodacom see fit to charge customers even though they have paid precancellation fee before the expiry time..

then not to mention how the legal department handled my call i call and try and enquire they can not or would not think to try and investigate instead i am told that i owe Rx amount and that is that ... I have proof i told them they dont care they see whats on the computer and that is it...

So My amount which i paid R851.00 for precancellation was for nothing and now i m charged more... money for what??? and i have now been waiting over a month for new contract and i cant get vetted coz they have a hold coz they think i owe R378.04 which i dont...

I am a customer of vodacom for over 5 years and this is how they treat loyal customers... I am highly dissapointed.
