Bad service from the country so called top network Vodacom

I should not be even put a star on it. They are pathetic and never return calls. The customer care service is ***********. They owe me money and does not want to pay it back. First they ask for a proof of payment now they suddenly want a bank statement to show that the money went off,hence they can see on my account that there is a credit amount and they simply do not want to pay it back. Please people do not and I repeat do not do business with vodacom they are ******** and this is not my 1st encounter with them.
