Bad service from Thabile

I tried to get assistance from Livechat.

Thabile joined the livechat but probably didnt smaak to work. Ended up chatting with myself.

Thabile, this is really bad. I can understand you are busy, but from someone who has done support via live chat, you acknowledge the customer and ask them to please hold while you look into whatever you are busy with on your side. But to give no response with 10 minutes going by is bad. I will close this chat and raise a complaint on hello peter. This is bad
