BAD SERVICE FROM SALES STAFF

I took out a home internet contract with Vodacom last December as Vodacom seems to be the only service provider that worked right through load shedding. To start with the Alcatel router they supp**** was faulty, only got 1 bar signal, and practical no internet connection. This router went back and was sent to there service department , and was eventually replaced with another old second hand router from France and was linked to some French service provider, and everything on the router was set in French. however this router was no better than the original one. A few weeks ago I was told to take this router back, and again it was sent away. This time it was replaced by a brand new router, again from France linked to the same service provider. I set this router up and again the same story, I even tried a Telkom sim in It , same story. Since I have had the contact, I have been using a Huawei B535 router which is also Vodacom approved. I eventually phoned various people at Vodacom to find out if I could use any other brand of router of my choice, of which I was told I can and it would work with no problems. I bought a very expensive home LTE router which worked fine for 7 weeks and then stopped working, on contacting Vodacom they told me the sim has been blocked from working on my new router ant that I can only use the sim in the supp**** router.

I was eventually told that the sim lock would be removed automatically after 12 months, and only then it MIGHT work in my new router
