Bad service from repairs and menlyn management

<p>My Huawei nova fell and I handed in at Vodacom cresta repair, cellsure informed my lcd cannot be fixed and I asked for phone back. My phone could not be found for a week even though I received an sms that it was couriered to cresta.Paul at menlyn had my phone and after no customer service and constant contact from my side. Eventually my phone arrived and the condition of my phone was more broken and looked like a truck road over it. Vodacom is not taking any responsibility and has not informed me with the necessary steps to take to complain about the unsatisfaction. Paul has not contacted me and has ignored my my phone calls and messages for a week. Horrible customer service from Vodacom.they are running away from their responsibility. </p> <p> </p>
