Bad Service from RAM for your customers

I was expecting to receive my 2 packages from Vodacom today delivered by RAM, and in the morning I received a call from the RAM agent saying they approaching my delivery place, mind you I slept at another place, I had to rush there so I can receive my package, however as soon as I got there, they drove off without giving me the package and they left without explaining much. I was flabbergasted, as this was bad service at the highest level, and I contact Vodacom at 9:36 am so they can get the agents to comeback and make the delivery, and we agreed that the delivery will be made within the hour after I made the call to Vodacom, and I contact Eric at 10:43 am the delivery guy, he continued to give me attitude, and I wanted him to confirm on what time will he be able to make the delivery, and he told me that he can't confirm, and by the way he was only 3 minutes away from where I was, still he couldn't confirm and I waited for 3 hrs and more still nothing, and even typing this letter i'm still waiting for my packages to be delivered. The driver had the audacity to log on the delivery tracker and state that they came back at 10:59 am at my place, and apparently I was not there, I have been waiting for them to deliver the package.
