Bad service from Patricia

I called to inform them about the minutes I bought and were never allocated. I spoke to Patricia she made me feel like she was doing me a favor by assisting me. After the call I asked her to drop so I can rate her useless service she put me through to a voice authenticator. Wow. So they hire consultant that don't give a **** about how much we spend on Vodacom and the annoying service we getting
