BAD SERVICE from one VODACOM SHOP TO THE OTHER

I had a problem with my Huawei P40 lite I can't receive sms or send smses, I took the phone by the vodacom shop at Chris Hani store and it's a contract, I was told to go to Alberton or east rand mall and still I didn't get any help, here at East rand mall I was told to go back to Chris Hani mall and it's either they do a swim swap or something bear in mind I pay their monthly installment then I get bad service.
