Bad service from Hello Peter

Hi wow ok just received a call from Vodacom, to sort out my account. I have an acc. For .78 cents and 0.1 cents that’s news to me. That they can’t prove by sending my email address of statement sent over 2 years. What a lovely conversation with a man whom says I’m twisting my words around, when all the Information I have on this problem comes directly from their customer service. Nice to be treated like this Vodacom. Need your customer care division to trained in how to address these problems and not shouted and insulted on the phone.
