Bad service from contract department

I bought a cellphone through contract (24 months contract) in 2018 September at vodacom. Everything went well, paid the phone through this 24 months. On the 24th month, I called vodacom prior to their deduction of last installment to let them know I have no interest in continuing with them and they should close my account. The constant I spoke to asked me to be moved to more cheaper sim only contract inwhich I was going to be paying even less amount (R69 for R125 airtime and 1Gig Data). I agreed and asked if that will reflect on my online portal that I'm now switching and he confirmed. Few days later nothing was changed and I called the call centre to cancel everything since they are not serious. They agreed. When I checked nothing was changed. The following month they debited and I called to address my problem, and they told me a, supervisor will call. No one called. I reversed the funds. They debited again following month, I reversed. Now they no longer debiting but they have listed my account as upaid on Experian. I don't know what is it that I had to pay when the contract has ended.

Advice: Don't take contract phone with vodacom if you care about your credit rating. They will make sure you leave them in tears. They just don't care

Vodacom has contacted me last month and promised that they will resolve my issue and to my surprise this morning I get an email of my statement saying I'm owing R370 to the phone that I paid it up and sim card that they have closed. Vodacom is really trying hard to mess up with my credit profile. I just don't know what is it that they want now.

I thought when they called, they would look in to my account and close the matter for good, but it looks like that will never happened. Right now, they say I'm owing them, and I don't know what have I took from them now.
