Bad service for Vodac

Hi good day to you. Giving my feedback has got Vodacom to call me with concerns. They had assured you they will call back very soon. It's been a week and no response from Vodacom. Management was supposed to deal with my querrie and still no answer. I get that feeling that Vodacom does not care its clients and their welbeing I thought writing to hello Peter would yield some results but no even that hasn't worked. Who do I approach now Thanking you B. V. Gopal
